RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Embratur Normative Resolution No. 161\/95)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Below is the Accommodation and Cancellation policy <strong>POUSADA MARTIN DE S\u00c1:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ACCOMMODATION<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our daily rates always start at&nbsp;<strong>2pm<\/strong>&nbsp;of each day and\u00a0always end the&nbsp;<strong>12pm<\/strong> the following day, regardless of the guest's arrival time at <strong>INN.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">BOOKING<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The reservation is confirmed upon receipt via WhatsApp and\/or email of proof of deposit\/transfer or PIX of 50% of the total reservation value.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at our hotel, that is, upon check-in.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DOCs and envelope deposits will not be accepted on the same day, 1 day before or on weekends and holidays, as a deposit or full payment of the reservation, upon the guest's arrival at the Pousada. <br>This also applies to TEDs issued after 5 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CHANGE OF BOOKING DATES<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 days in advance of the guest's arrival date, subject to hotel availability (no changes will be made to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and other Holiday packages).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">RESERVATION CANCELLATION FOR HIGH, LOW SEASON and LONG HOLIDAY PACKAGES.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cancellation must be requested in writing (via email or WhatsApp).<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cancellation will only be accepted if requested up to 7 days before the start date of the accommodation, that is, your check-in.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the case of cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, the hotel will grant a nightly credit for the total amount already paid, to be used within a period of 12 months, leaving only the possible price difference between one period and another. Therefore, the letter of credit will be generated based on the value and not the number of nights purchased.<\/span><br><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There will be no refund of amounts already paid for reservations.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION \u2013 \u201cNO SHOW\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a \u201cno show\u201d (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 12 hours, starting from the entry time.
