Be careful, as the&nbsp;<strong>loss<\/strong>&nbsp;This will result in locksmith costs for which you will be responsible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The&nbsp;<strong>POUSADA MARTIN DE S\u00c1<\/strong>&nbsp;will give you a clean and sanitized apartment, with bed and towels for the number of people staying and also basic hygiene materials (toilet paper and soap).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The&nbsp;<strong>POUSADA MARTIN DE S\u00c1<\/strong>&nbsp;offers&nbsp;<strong>ROOM SERVICE&nbsp;<\/strong>and must be requested at reception by 11am. After this time it will not be possible to clean the room. Room service includes&nbsp;<strong>EXCHANGING BED AND BATH LINEN<\/strong>&nbsp;and cleaning&nbsp;<strong>BASIC<\/strong>&nbsp;of the apartment (bathroom and other facilities). Room service can be requested as many times as you deem necessary during your stay, but towels and bed linen will only be changed every 2 days of use.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>We don't<\/strong>&nbsp;provide laundry service. Please don't insist.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The&nbsp;<strong>POUSADA MARTIN DE S\u00c1<\/strong>&nbsp;accepts small dogs. It's allowed&nbsp;<u>only one dog per apartment<\/u>&nbsp;and upon payment of a daily rate of&nbsp;<strong>R$ 20,0\/di\u00e1ria<\/strong>&nbsp;(twenty reais\/day) for the animal. Any damage caused by the dog to the apartment's facilities (doors, beds, mattresses, linen, \u2026) will be the responsibility of the guest. The dog will only be allowed to roam the inn on a leash or in the owner's lap and&nbsp;<strong>YOU CANNOT<\/strong>&nbsp;remain in the cafeteria area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is not permitted to stay for people who are not staying at the inn (apartments and social areas),&nbsp;<strong>under penalty of recovery<\/strong>&nbsp;of the daily allowance of this person(s).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After&nbsp;<strong>10pm<\/strong>&nbsp;(twenty-two hours), we kindly ask you to remain in&nbsp;<strong>silence<\/strong>&nbsp;in apartments and hallways.
