Pet Boarding Policy

(Pet Friendly Policy)

Small pets are allowed in the room, including dogs weighing up to 8 kg.
A pet accommodation fee of R$20/day will be charged, which must be paid at check-in.
The animal's owner must present the animal's updated vaccination card.
Owners must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay (food, guide and hygiene material).
The animal owner is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and the inn's furniture.
Cleaning solid and/or liquid waste made by the pet is the guest's sole responsibility.
If any damage occurs to the apartment. The guest will be notified by the inn and the amount will be posted to their account, which must be adjusted at Check-out.
We ask that dogs be prevented from barking persistently and continuously, we ask for collaboration, common sense and respect for other guests.
It is not allowed to leave the animal alone.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel's social areas, especially in the cafeteria.
Pets are only allowed to circulate in the inn if the pet is being transported in transport boxes/bags or on the owner's lap.
Do not allow animals to climb on beds and furniture.
The use of towels or other materials from the inn for animal hygiene is prohibited.
The animal owner must sign the liability waiver upon check-in.
