ACCOMMODATION AND RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Below is the Accommodation and Cancellation policy POUSADA MARTIN DE SÁ:

 

ACCOMMODATION

Our daily rates always start at 2pm of each day and always end the 12pm the following day, regardless of the guest's arrival time at INN.

 

BOOKING

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt via WhatsApp and/or email of proof of deposit/transfer or PIX of 50% of the total reservation value.
The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at our hotel, that is, upon check-in.
DOCs and envelope deposits will not be accepted on the same day, 1 day before or on weekends and holidays, as a deposit or full payment of the reservation, upon the guest's arrival at the Pousada.
This also applies to TEDs issued after 5 pm.

CHANGE OF BOOKING DATES

No date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:
7 days in advance of the guest's arrival date, subject to hotel availability (no changes will be made to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and other Holiday packages).

RESERVATION CANCELLATION FOR HIGH, LOW SEASON and LONG HOLIDAY PACKAGES.

Cancellation must be requested in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
Cancellation will only be accepted if requested up to 7 days before the start date of the accommodation, that is, your check-in.
In the case of cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, the hotel will grant a nightly credit for the total amount already paid, to be used within a period of 12 months, leaving only the possible price difference between one period and another. Therefore, the letter of credit will be generated based on the value and not the number of nights purchased.
There will be no refund of amounts already paid for reservations.

WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION – “NO SHOW”

If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 12 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY

Cancellation of accommodation upon arrival or after entering the inn, as well as early departure for any reason IT WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rates.

In the case of packages and holidays, early departure, the above rule will also be applied, completely losing the right to any type of refund, refund or refund.

CANCELLATION OF LETTERS OF CREDIT

Any and all credit letter issued in a manner enumerated by Pousada Martin de Sá, coming from amounts received in advance by the guest and agreed directly with management, has expiration date set at maximum 1 year (you need to check with management what its expiration date will be, if this is your case).

After a new date for use has been issued and requested, if it is canceled per any reason, the value of the card will be lost and cannot be used again or even refunded.

Therefore, when rescheduling your reservation, study carefully and organize yourself so that the new scheduled date can be met.
